Victoria Mena is a Long Island based Choreographer and Performer. Proud alumni of Stage Door School of Dance in Patchogue, where she trained for 12 years — 8 years as a member of their Elite Company.
She graduated from Long Island University Post Campus with a Musical Theatre B.F.A. Victoria served as a teaching assistant for the Shakespeare Track at LIU Post alongside Dr. Valerie Clayman Pye. She also had the privilege of dancing with the Post Concert Dance Company for three years, and became Co-Company Manager in her final year.
In 2022, Victoria won Best Lead in a Musical at the E.E.A. Teeny Awards for her role as Velma Kelly in Chicago, and was recognized for her work as Dance Captain. She has trained with industry professionals including Fritzlyn Hector, Casie "Tynee" Goshow, Eric Jordan Young, Mary Giattino, Chris Ralph, Jae Ponder, Yoshito Sakuraba, and more — serving as Dance Captain for a performance choreographed by Casie "Tynee" Goshow in 2026.
In addition to performance, Victoria is an accomplished choreographer who has set multiple pieces on members of the Post Concert Dance Company and choreographed college prescreens with student acceptances to Northwestern, Marymount, and Wagner College. She is currently a recreational and award-winning competition dance teacher at Glen Dance Studio in Glen Head, NY.
